Front Wheel Bearing Kit

To make it easier and cheaper to order the components for a front wheel bearing change we have now put together the main components in kit form.
Kit contains;
1x FA001A seal,
1x FA005 inner wheel bearing and
1x FA006 Outer wheel bearing
1x FA016 Locking tab
(One kit will fit 1 hub either side)
To make removal & fitting easier and for the correct adjustment use our NEW Hub Spanner WC024 and bearing grease WC010 if required.

Front swivel Double seal kit
|
New; Front swivel Double seal kit, contains all the gaskets, main hub and inner axle seals along with the seals for the actual axle ball that tend to leak out onto the front tyres causing MOT failure.
This kit will repair BOTH front hubs LH and RH and is the most complete kit we have sold todate. Great value.
Use CV grease Si034 one tub needed per side if required to pack into the CV joint and hub area and swivel bearings FA007 (2 per side) if required.

Snap Ring for outer C.V Joints
|
Snap Ring for outer C.V Joints, fits on the inside of the outer CV joint retaining the CV joint to the drive shaft from the diff. This clip often breaks when removing a CV joint from the shaft. Once the CV joint is removed, fit the new snap ring to the drive shaft in the groove then slide the CV joint on, the clip will retain the CV joint, then refit the outer CV boot clips.

NEW to RoughTrax is a 54mm Extended Box Spanner/Socket. Standard size sockets do not fit the Toyota hubs due to insufficient depth and thickness of the socket wall. Making it easier for yourself RoughTrax have now managed to source an extended socket specifically made for the Toyota hubs. The box spanner is turned by a tommy bar or large screwdriver through the cross drilled holes at the opposite end of the hexagonal head. A must when carrying out hub repairs or bearing adjustments.
