Premium heavy duty radiator, made from a 3 row fast flow copper cooling core to improve water circulation and brass top and bottom tanks, with exceptional seem welds for efficient cooling. Copper is the better heat conductor over aluminium or steel, its lower heat capacity allows the metal to rise in temperature faster.
Over 2 kilos heavier than any other aftermarket radiator on the market.
Fits both Automatic & Manual transmission pickups with 2L & 3L engines (2.4cc & 2.8cc), right hand drive models only!

Black Silicone RTV Gasket Maker
Vital Black RTV is the original gasket maker formulated for heavy duty applications. It makes reliable "ormed-in-place" gaskets that resist cracking, shrinking and migration caused by thermal cycling.
Ideal to replace almost any cut gasket. Also use to coats pre-cut gaskets to increase reliability.
It is permanently flexible and stable at temperature of between -80°c to +600°c (-62°c to +315°c ) intermittent.

Forte Cooling System Flush
|
Forté Cooling System Flush will provide the following performance benefits:
Dissolve and loosen scale and rust build up from the internal surfaces of the radiator and water jacket of the engine.
Restore heater efficiency caused by poor circulation.
Restore cooling system efficiency to operate at designed temperature.
Remove the gel formed when Mono Ethylene Glycol-based antifreeze and OAT coolant is mixed.
How to use?
Before draining the cooling system simply pour Forté Cooling System Flush into the cooling system and run for 20-30 minutes with the heater control ON. Drain the system and rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Refill with Genuine Toyota RED or GREEN coolant
You will be amazed at what will be removed using this treatment.
It is recommended to use once a year to maintain the scale and rust build up which are possible reasons for overheating and cylinder heads cracking. |
