1. We use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery for very small objects at RoughTrax discretion. A minimum of £4.00 + VAT (£4.80) would be charged subject to weight. 2. Courier Bag: £6.99 + VAT (£8.39). This is a large "carrier bag" holding a max. of 5kg subject to size and item being packaged, to courier to mainland UK (not Highlands). 3. Box Rate: £8.75 + VAT (£10.50). Up to 20kg (subject to size) delivered next day by courier to mainland UK (not Highlands). Bulk items maybe charged out more but this will be advised.( please see "In General") For certain Highland postcodes please see point 7 below.
4. Items such as Tow bars, roll bars, large items will be charged at 15.00 + VAT (£18.00) to courier to mainland UK (not Highlands).
5. Bulk items such as bed liners, or a set of 4 tyres will cost £20.00 + VAT (£24.00) to courier to mainland UK (not Highlands).
6. Cylinder Heads cost £30.00 + VAT (£36.00) to courier to mainland UK (not Highlands).
This involves sending the new unit and collecting your old unit once you are up and running. 7. Scotland / Isle of Man :
In general most of Scotland is a 1-2 day service, however, Highland/Islands areas maybe on a 2/3 day service.
The following Highland and Island postcodes delivery charges will be £13.95 + VAT (£16.74) PER PARCEL;
FK17-99, HS1-9, G83, IV1-28, IV33-51, IV56, IV63, KA27-28, ALL KW, PA20-48, PA60-78, PH18-26, PH30-44, ZE1-3.
Where possible we will use Royal Mail.
Ireland:
Most products purchased over the Internet from our website will have the correct carriage quoted, however please remember to select Northern or Southern Ireland when filling our your delivery details NOT United Kingdom.
On occassion it maybe necessary to requote the carriage charge, if this applies then a member of staff will contact you with the revised carriage quote, only after your confirmation would we take payment. Channel Isles:
Orders are classed as "Overseas" by couriers, each order has to be weighed and dimensions given to our couriers to obtain a carriage quote. Please call 0117 9869065 with you order and we will be happy quote. In General: We try to keep our carriage as low as possible, however, some bulky items may have a different carriage rate. RoughTrax will advise should there be any difference in carriage rates other than listed.
Refused Goods: Any consignment that is attempted delivery on a number of occasions and not collected from the local depot or not arranged to be re-delivered with-in the grace period, also if a parcel is refused upon delivery and returned to RoughTrax, there will be a surcharged of £16.95+VAT per parcel that is returned to RoughTrax.
