New “Text Response” from RoughTrax

If you have any questions or want to ask about your delivery, for your improved convenience we now take these enquiries via our new text response system.

Let’s use the following as an example of how a customer maybe asking the status of their delivery;

Step 1

Send your message To: 88802

Start your message and all subsequent messages with the word ASK.

For example this is a text sent by a customer enquiring about his delivery status.

 

Step 2

We will send you an automated text letting you know we have received your message.

Step 3

We will reply ASAP answering your question.

 

The same applies to any question that you may want to send RoughTrax, send your text to 88802 but remember you must always start each message with; ASK


So why use our text system?

1. Your query can be sent at anytime from anywhere, giving our customers complete freedom to ask their question when it suits.

2. Costs. Sending a text query at your standard rate will prove far cheaper than having to make a call and waiting for us, for example, to contact a courier for a delivery status.

3. Virtually all customers have a mobile but not all have a computer or access to, so this system helps customers to keep in contact with parts etc.

4. If you want a product that maybe showing out of stock, then why not simply send us a text with the part description and maybe a part number and once our stock is updated we can send a text directly to your phone that day.


Remember, it only works if you send the initial text to 88802 and start each and every message with ASK
