I just wanted to thank you for your prompt and excellent service sending me my roofbars and replacement bumper. They all fitted perfectly and I was very impressed with the mods on the roofbars so they fit the T-tracks that Thule don't have standard fittings for.

Can I also commend you on the area of your site 'Search for your nearest good garage'. This is an excellent idea and one that is only truely valuable if customers can provide feedback on those garages on there. I found a Good Garage through your site and with no other ideas on where to take my surf other than a Toyota dealer (over my dead body) I gave them a call.

I found your website via Google had a look and then telephoned your offices for some info. Following the conversation I ordered the parts I required at roughly 3.00pm and the goods arrived next day @ 11.00.
What did I gain? Well great advice, very quick service and quality goods. Will I use you again? Most certainly as to the prices unbelievable compared to Toyota who quoted me silly money for my spares and they could not even tell when the parts would be available!!
