The Genuine Toyota Cam Timing Belt Idler mounting pivot bolt OE # 13556-17010, compatible with the idler pulley that fits the Toyota Land Cruiser 24 Valve engine codes 1HDFT and 1HDFTE engines only and as per models in Specs & Fitment.

This highly machined bolt has an 8mm Allen key drive head, specifically shaped and hardened, it has a stepped shank to allow the idler pulley to freely pivot once torqued (see tip below).

Important tip:

  • When fitting you must ensure you refit the special washer to prevent the bolt from fastening directly against the block, this will prevent the idler pulley from freely pivoting once torqued.
  • If the idler can not freely pivot then serious engine failure will occur.
  • If unaware of this washer then you can lose/drop it when dismantling and not realise that it is even fitted.
  • Ensure only torque to the manufactures specifications.
