A vented Front Brake Disc & Pad Kit by leading supplier BluePrint of Japan, fits the Hilux Pickups LN105, LN106, YN106 & Land Cruiser LJ70 & KZJ70, with ISO approved discs and R90 approved brake pads, enough to change both front brake discs and pads.

2x Front Brake Discs - DISC002 - Blue Print - vented disc, 6 stud holes, 20mm thick, full details are found in Specs and Fitment section
1x Front Brake Pads - PAD002 - Blue Print - R90 approved.

Blue Print Discs:

Made from Grey Cast Iron with superb Thermal conductivity
Very high-quality brakes discs for this model that stand equally against OE parts, in fact, many Gargaes will specify the Brand BluePrint when fitting brake discs for their renowned quality of materials, machining and fit.
BluePrint discs friction faces where the pad makes contact are both simultaneously machined on both faces ensuring parallel machining and individual disc thickness variation minimized, what's more, parallel machining prevents excessive run-out of friction surfaces.
The obvious result is the "Criss - cross" effect on the surface of the disc which is proven to help the bedding in of the pad to disc and so maximising braking efficiency.

Blue Print pad:

BluePrint pads will come in a sealed bag in a sealed box.
The back of the pad has an anti-squeal backing plate attached which again shows the R90 marking.
You will notice the pads have wear indicators on them, when the pad wears to its minimum the indicators will scrape against the discs causing a noise indicating to the driver its time to renew. The pads with the wear indicators in the middle always go inboard of the disc.
Friction material thickness 10mm.
Friction material is chamfered either end with central groove to help prevent brake squeal.
One set of pads will fit both front brake calipers

Land Cruiser 70 series owners please note:
These discs/pads only fit models with Vented front discs - these models would also have rear disc brakes fitted and not drums
