We offer a NEXT DAY Courier delivery service to Mainland UK (not Highlands) subject to stock and Terms and conditions, on orders that are made generally before 3.00pm. PLEASE ENSURE WE HAVE YOUR MOBILE NUMBER WHEN ENTERING YOUR CHECKOUT DETAILS, OUR DPD COURIERS WILL THEN TXT YOU YOUR DELIVERY TIME SLOT.
Royal Mail deliveries are charged at £4.00 (£4.80) and may take longer but are sent via 1st Class Recorded. Royal Mail do not send delivery txt with their service.
We offer a DPD Courier text message and email service where an hour time slot for delivery will be given. Example; between 13.00pm-14.00pm. No more waiting in all day for your parcel! Be sure to add your mobile number and email address when ordering.
This service does not apply to products charged at £4.00 (£4.80) delivery sent via Royal Mail.
Next Day service: Deliveries are made to Mainland UK (not Highlands) and I.O.W by National Couriers any time between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday subject to the couriers route and goods being delivered. Channel Isles, Scottish Isles and Northern / Southern Ireland maybe on a 2/5 day service. A member of our staff will advise if this is the case.
Should a parcel be delayed for what ever reason RoughTrax is not held a liable for late deliveries as per our terms.
Orders dispatched from RoughTrax on a Friday are delivered on a Monday. Saturday deliveries can be made by special request by calling 0117 9869065, emailing info@roughtrax4x4.com or you can text us only on 07786206960. However, an approx. £20.00 + VAT (£24.00) Surcharge is applied on top of the standard rate carriage.
Please note our couriers will try to deliver on 2 occasions and will leave a card if not in, RoughTrax will also try to contact our customer on the telephone numbers given, should RoughTrax or the courier receive no communication then the parcel will be returned to RoughTrax. RoughTrax can not be held responsible as we have tried to deliver the goods. The goods can be re-delivered, however another carriage charge will be made for this extra service.
