Forte Cooling System Flush & Bio Degreaser (400ml)

Forté Bio Degreaser & Cooling System Flush is a blend of inorganic acids and inhibitors and a heavy-duty cleaner/degreaser free of petroleum or chlorinated solvents. It effectively removes oil, sludge, scale and rust deposits from the internal surfaces of automotive cooling systems and restores heat transfer efficiency to allow the engine to run at its designed operating temperature; thus reducing heat-related problems and engine failure. • Removes oil, sludge, scale and rust deposits from internal surfaces of the radiator & water jacket of the engine.
• Restores heater efficiency and prevents heat-related engine failures caused by poor circulation.
• Compatible with all cooling system components, cooling fluids and antifreeze including ethylene glycol and O.A.T.
• Restores cooling system efficiency to operate at designed temperature
• Removes the gel formed when Mono Ethylene Glycol-based antifreeze and OAT coolant is mixed.

How to use?
Before draining the cooling system simply pour Forte Cooling System Flush into the cooling system.

Add at 20% by volume into the coolant.

Please Note:

• 20% by volume is a recommendation guideline from Forte’s technical division for extreme contamination of oil, sludge, rust & scale blockages or build up in a system - e.g if you had a 10 Litre system then you would need 2 Litres by volume of Forte
• If simply restoring the normal rust & scale build over the years to minimize overheating problems then insert by up to 10% by volume (usually 2 cans would surfice).
• This level of volume is due to the formulation of the bio-degreaser & cooling system flush which effectively is acting as a two-in-one formula. Hence why you may require 2 cans for a light contamination, the volume solely depends on the level of contamination.

Once added run for 20-30 minutes with the heater control ON. Drain the system and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Then refill with Genuine Toyota RED or coolant.

You will be amazed at what will be removed from the internals of the cooling system using this treatment.
It is recommended to use once a year to maintain the scale and rust build-up which are possible reasons for overheating and cylinder heads cracking.
