Details

Cam timing belt Tensioner Idler Pulley manufactured by GMB of Japan for the Toyota Hilux Surf's, Hilux Pickup's & Land Cruiser's with the 1KZTE, 1KDFTV & 2KDFTV engines.

The idler fits between the cam and pump located behind the timing cover, the back of the cam belt runs on this idler pulley and is tensioned by the hydraulic tensioner.

When fitting you must ensure you refit the special washer to prevent the idler pivot bolt from fastening directly against the block, always check the idler pivots freely once torqued.
