A Right-Hand, drivers side outer track rod end (greaseable) manufactured by Camelot for the Land Cruiser 100 series upto August 2002 as listed, a TUV approved joint.
This joint screws onto the inner rack end joint and connects the rack to the steering knuckle, a common part to wear and if excessive an MOT failure, it is also where the tracking is adjusted.
New joints come with a castle nut and split pin, has a right-hand internal thread M20x1.5
