AMC Premier 3.0 litre 1KZT & 1KZTE Cylinder Head Kit (El)

A 1KZT(E) Cylinder Head kit containing the main components to swap your cracked 3.0cc litre head, exceptional quality containing the superb new AMC Head casting with refurbished Internals, AMC Bolts set, Elring Head Gasket and Head set and a Genuine Toyota Cam Timing Belt.

To help keep costs down, ease of ordering and lighten the load during, RoughTrax has now put together a quality kit of the main components required to change a cracked cylinder head on the 1KZT and 1KZTE engine at a fantastic new price without skimping on quality.
Please note, the head is an exchange unit as per description details below.

AMC are committed to improvement and in 2005 the company obtained the certification TS-16949 in accordance with the highest Original Equipment standards, simply put, the best you can buy which is why many car manufacturers fit AMC heads as standard fitment. This is obviously an important and expensive component and certainly an area that fitting poor quality components may only come back to haunt you.
AMC are Original Equipment (OE) for several car manufacturers confirming the quality, attention to detail and backing from this major Manufacturer.

Whats in the kit?

1x HEAD30BUILT - New AMC cylinder head casting built up with refurbished valves/tappets and cam as per images, also supplied loose and bagged in with the head box are 4 new "Top Hat" injector seats which must be installed into the new head before fitting the injectors etc and a replacement hose adaptor. Please Nb: This is an Exchange Unit.
1x GSH003 - Elring Head set and Elring Head Gasket 5 hole thickest head gasket equivalent to OE# 11115-67050-05 - Elring are widely recognised as the finest suppliers of head gaskets and endorsed by AMC distributors in the UK (RoughTrax has also added the 4 small injector nozzle heat washers and a conical exhaust downpipe gasket to the kit).
1x HEAD30BOLT - Cylinder head AMC bolt set.
1x CAMB012 - Genuine Toyota Cambelt.

Everything within our kit is as per the images.

Also supplied with the head are 4 new "Top Hat" injector seats and a new screw in water pipe outlet hose.

About the head:

• This complete Exchange cylinder head is professionally hand built ready to install, comes complete with refurbished valves, cam bearings & camshaft, all the valve clearances are pre-set using shims
• This professionally built head will ensure this procedure is carried out correctly, thus giving maximum power, peace of mind fitment, and will minimize the length of time your vehicle is off the road as its "ready to fit" therefore saving money on labour.
• On the 1KZT(E) 3.0 litre head valve clearances are set by using many different shim thicknesses, in fact Toyota list 17 different size shims to ensure correct tolerance so unless your garage has all the different shims available, then a bare head can not be built properly. 
• Professionally remanufactured using the new AMC casting, this head also comes with a full 12-month warranty (subject to conditions)
• THIS HEAD CANNOT BE USED IN ANY BOAT APPLICATIONS AS INSURANCE / WARRANTY IS NOT COVERED.

Exchange Carriage:

This Price also includes all delivery charges to mainland UK (Subject to T&C's) that being:

• Delivering the AMC cylinder head kit to your selected address, then 
• Once your vehicle is up and running we will come in and collect the old cylinder head from your advised address - no extra hidden charges! - see note below

Please note:

• As these are exchange units, heads not kept at our RoughTrax warehouse but shipped direct from our AMC Agents site whom arrange the collection returns on our behalf.
• Sorry this product is not for Export, nor to be purchased then Exported. 
• If a head is not returned to RoughTrax then we reserve the right to charge an amount as this is an exchange product - more info in Question's section.
• Please make sure you remove the half moon plug that is fitted on the cylinder head at the end of the camshaft on the original head and install onto the new head.
