This is simply a beast of a starter!
- As per original design 28100-17070, this is the 3.0KW starter, easily identifiable by the two long secure bolts that run the length of the main body.
- Has the plastic plug-type connector for the switch wire
- Comes as per our images of the starter and weighs in at a hefty 11kg!
- Rarely do you see this starter and in fact, many will supply the less powerful starter as an alternative, now that we use Kuhner for this starter, we can bring this original style 3.0KW version to our customer.

This Starter has been sourced through our Italian manufactures to the OE specifications. Every starter has been pre-tested and only fitted with high-end bearings which account for many starter issues.
The manufacturers that tool up for many OE applications also run the aftermarket product on the same line so we can say with confidence that this is a high-end aftermarket starter motor.
Top Tip!
Always check your batteries are up to full working order, weak batteries will draw power from another and cause early failure of a starters solenoid contact sets which is another cause of a starter failure.
