Front Exhaust Downpipe Premium Range Hilux Surf KZN130

Exhaust front downpipe without heat shields for the Hilux Surf KZN130 & UK 4Runner with 1KZT & 1KZTE 3.0 TD engine, complete with a 2 year warranty, UK manufactured by A2A Exhausts.

This front exhaust downpipe has now been discontinued from Toyota. A2A have made this exhaust specifically for RoughTrax based on the sample of the original Toyota downpipe. A2A take into consideration all the original bends, flanges & specifications of the original Toyota exhaust fitted from factory.

Quality of this KZN130 downpipe is plain to see with 8mm and 10mm CNC machined flanges and pipe bending using latest technology machinery.

About the guards:
You will need to re-use your original exhaust heat shields if required. The heat shields can easily be un-bolted from the original front down pipe & fixed to this new downpipe as shown in our images (NB. the two bolt guard fixing on the first bend is no longer utilised - just the 3 main clamps around the guards are used)

The exhaust system on the KZN130 is made up of four sections, the downpipe, the second section with the flexi-pipe, followed by the large main silencer, and then the rear tailpipe that exits the rear of the vehicle.

The front downpipe section bolts directly to the manifold, it has a three bolt hole flange fitting at the front and a two bolt hole flange that bolts to the flexi-pipe.

The sealing rings, bolts and other exhaust mountings are sold separately. If required use x2 sealing ring gaskets (EXG3) and the exhaust bolt kit (EXBK2).
