What is the cut-off time for despatch?
All orders placed before 15.30pm GMT weekdays (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day subject to stock, orders made after this time will be despatched the next working day.
How do I sign up for an account?
You can either create an account before you start ordering by clicking the "Register" link at the top right of the page, alternatively you can create an account when you proceed to checkout.
Can I checkout as a guest without creating an account?
Yes. Check out as a guest allows you to purchase products without your details being saved or an account being created.
How do I return an item/s I have purchased online?
Simply complete a returns form and return it back to the address on the returns form within our 28 day return policy.
How do I select free delivery?
You can select your delivery options during the checkout process.
Do I get free delivery if I place an order over the phone?
Free delivery is not valid on any telephone order, only orders placed online over £75.00 and delivered to UK mainland will receive free delivery.
Will I receive my order sooner if I pay for delivery?
No, we process orders as priority, usually next working day unless a Saturday or Sunday delivery is selected.
If an item is out of stock online can I order it over the phone?
No. Payment will not be taken for products that are out of stock. You can enter your mobile number on the product to receive a notification when it is back in stock.
There is an error and I cannot proceed to checkout, what should I do?
Some products are restricted to certain countries, therefore some products require you to enter your delivery address country and postcode in the basket area before proceeding to checkout.
