Nolathane Performance Polyurethane rear of the front Leading / Radius arm to the chassis bush kit for the 80 Series Land Cruiser HDJ80, HDJ81 and FZJ80 models. This kit is designed to replace the two original bushes where the front Leading arms mount to chassis as per the images.

  • Kit consists of 4 "Top Hat" bushes with their appropriate internal compression sleeves to replace the two original Toyota bushes on both front arms.
  • Ideal if you simply just want to replace the two original rubber bushes where the arm fits the axle or
  • If you have a lift and want a stronger bush to take the increased rake of the arms in conjunction with Caster correction front bushes

Worn front radius arm bushings have a huge influence on vehicle stability and braking efficiency. Replacing worn bushes with Nolathane synthetic elastomer bushes will help retain their designed geometry giving better handling and steering response, longer component and tyre life and an improved ride quality over worn rubber bushes.

Superior friction management:
- reduces heat build-up known to deform or degrade bushing over time
- dramatically reduces high frequency noises (squeaking)
- eliminates the need for maintenance/ greasing

Nolathane is Whitelines' new brand name for their 4x4 market, boasts a worldwide reputation as a leading manufacturer of replacement, enhancement, and performance suspension components that deliver significant gains in vehicle balance, steering precision, grip levels and outright driving performance.

Questions & Answers for Nolathane Front Leading Arm to Chassis Bushes

Q. What is Synthetic Elastomer Bushes?

Over the years Nolathane/Whiteline became centered more on general replacement bushings, so the compound needed to change to minimize noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) that is associated with Polyurethane. In fact, they also make many automotive and non-automotive polyurethane goods - their polyurethane plant is one of the largest in the world.

The principal formulation has evolved to what we now refer to as Synthetic Elastomer.

It is a long chained polymer very similar to Poly but evolved to hold more desired characteristics such as higher tensile strength, elasticity, and memory. It is for these reasons Whiteline have engineered features to minimize noise, vibration, and harshness such as scalloped designs, voiding, pin-holing and of course pocket knurling to maximize grease retention.

Nolathane look at how the component moves, how it articulates under various loads, the reason for the articulation and how it affects other components in the Suspension chain - only then will they design the bushings to allow or restrict those movements to optimize the suspension travel.

Q. Who are Red Ranger, Whiteline, and Nolathane?

Red Ranger Pty Ltd, the Parent Company, is Australia's largest supplier of aftermarket replacement performance suspension bushings and suspension components.
The company is behind the market-leading Nolathane and Whiteline suspension component brand names, now recognised and sold in over 61 countries.

Since 2007 the company has more than doubled in size and sponsor many leading sporting events such as the WRC of Australia.

Recently Red Ranger sold product to the European Market trading in the main under the brand name of Whiteline whilst the same actual bushing product trading as Nolathane in other Countries.

Now Red Ranger are undergoing changes and will be using the brand 'Nolathane' for the 4x4 Market whilst maintaining 'Whiteline' mainly for the Car performance market.

Same bush, same kits, same quality and performance, just a different brand name so this is now being implemented.
